How do I change/cancel my order?
We all change our mind sometimes. Eligible orders can be cancelled/modified for a limited time after order placement as long as it hasn't been shipped. To see if cancellation/modification is available please reach out to our customer care team. Please note our made to order items cannot be modified/cancelled. However, once you have received your order, you may return any eligible items.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
Best Day of My Life® accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal and Apple Pay.
What if I do not receive my order?

Can I ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Best Day of My Life® offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure to enter the APO or FPO information in the city field and the Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form.

How long will it take my order to ship?
If you need your order at your door by a specific date, please refer to the shipping methods below to find the appropriate option. Feel free to email us at Orders@bestdayofmylife.com if you would like some assistance. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Expedited shipping orders (Next Day and Two Day) if received by 12pm EST will ship out the same day. Expedited orders received after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

Where can I find fabric and materials information?
You’re detail-oriented. We love that. Fabric and materials information can be found with the product descriptions on the individual product pages. If you need more detailed information on a specific item, please contact us.
The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it's available again?
If an item appears "out of stock", the item is currently unavailable and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please email us at info@bestdayofmylife.com for more details on a given product.
Returns
What is your return policy?
When you’re happy, we’re happy. Best Day of My Life stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for in store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
Once we receive your return please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Once processed we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing.
How do I process a return?
You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning/exchanging the item(s). Please include a copy of the return/exchange form.
*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package in case it gets lost amidst its travels back to us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Credits will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt.
